Mike repaired our very noisy dryer. He returned my initial call, for service, within minutes and scheduled our appointment. He is the most honest, respectful and neatest repair person ever. We ordered a new dishwasher from Lowe's. But needed the old one removed as well as the new install. Mike got back to me within minutes of putting out the request. He quoted me a much more affordable price that included unhooking the old and installing the new.

It was an old appliance and it was tricky to deal with, but he handled it like a pro.
